Abstract

利用盐湖丰产的氯化钾、水氯镁石和副产的芒硝为原料,采用离子交换法制备出高纯NaNO_3-KNO_3-Mg(NO_3)_2三元熔盐储热材料(NKM),通过与工业级硝酸钠、硝酸钾和硝酸镁为原料制得的NKM熔盐储热材料对比,发现纯化可提高NKM熔盐的热稳定性,并在一定程度上扩展储热材料的使用温度范围。根据DSC/TG-MS热分析数据,得到提纯后的NKM熔盐熔点降低为159.1℃,相变潜热提升30.6%,分解温度从431.2℃提升到448.5℃。这不仅满足了未来太阳能热发电技术发展的需求,而且在太阳能热发电领域具有广阔的应用前景。
