摘要 | In this study, TiO2 nanobelts/ nanotubes (TiO2 NBs/ NTs) photoelectrodes originated from different parameters were in-situ ground of Ti foils through anodization strategy. Subsequently, the resulting samples were investigated through scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and photoluminesence (PL) analysis. SEM and XRD results showed that different fabricating parameters could lead to different TiO2 nano-structures with specific morphologies and crystal compositions. Meanwhile, TiO2 NBs photoelectrode exhibited the highest separation efficiency of photogenerated charge carriers. Besides, TiO2 NBs photoanode also possessed higher photocurrent density and overall power conversion efficiency (PCE) of DSSCs than those of TiO2 NTs, in which 11.776 mA.cm(-2) and 4.91% could be obtained, respectively. The superior PCE value could mainly be attributed to the well anatase crystallinity and high separation efficiency of photogenerated charge carriers, as well as the belt-like morphology. |
