电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定盐湖水中铀含量

Abstract利用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)技术,对比分析了直接稀释法和基体匹配法测定含盐水样中微量铀的精密度、准确度和回收率。结果表明,两种方法的铀标准曲线线性相关系数均大于0.999 9,精密度、准确度和回收率都满足样品测定要求,二者均可用于盐湖水中微量铀的测定。但基体匹配法稳定性高,重现性好,更适合于盐湖水中微量铀的快速、准确测定。
