Studies on the thermochemisry for scattered metal compound InCl3

摘要The molar solution enthalpies of scattered metal compound InCl3 with various molalities were determined at 298.150 K in water by the solution reaction isoperibol calorimeter. According to Pitzer's electrolyte solution theory, the molar solution enthalpy of InCl3 at infinite dilution, Delta(s)H(m)(infinity), and Pitzer's parameters beta(MX)((0)L) and beta(MX)((1)L) were obtianed. Then the values of apparent relative molar enthalpy Phi(L), hydration heat and relative partial molar enthalpy of solute(InCl3), (L) over bar (2), were calculated, respectively. At last, the interaction of InCl3 with water was discussed. In terms of the crystal lattice energy of InCl3 and the hydration heat of Cl-, the values of the hydration heat of InCl3 and In3+ were obtained.
