Separation and enrichment of L-phenylalanine by flotation complexation extraction

摘要Combining solvent sublation with complexation extraction, the concept of Flotation Complexation Extraction(FCE) was proposed. The method was used to separate and concentrate L-phenylalanine from aqueous solution successfully. L-phenylalanine was separated under the optimal conditions: pH = 1, concentration of NaCl was 0.20 mol/L, organic phase was consist of P(204), (di-(2-ethylhexyl) phosphate) and hexane (8:2, V/V), air flow rate was 40 ml/min and flotation time was 60 min. The L-phenylalanine separated and concentrated was stripped by HCl solution(pH < 1) from organic phase, and the product was characterized by UV and FTIR.
