摘要Lithium solid electrolytes of Li9-nxMxn+N2Cl3(M = Li+, Na+, Mg2+, Al3+) were prepared. The ionic conductivities of prepared samples have been determined from room temperature to 623 K by PAR368-1 AC-impedance spectrometer. The frequency measurement varies from 4Hz to 100KHZ. The structure of samples was identified by X-ray diffraction. Decomposition voltage and electronic conductivities of Li9-nxMxn+N2Cl3 have also been determined. The conductivity of Li9-nxMxn+N2Cl3 depends on the ionic radius and valence of, substitution loll. When x = 0.05, the experimental result showed that the maximum conductivity of Lis-(2x)MgxN(2)Cl(3) was obtained.
