分子印迹固相萃取-化学发光法测定贝母素甲

Abstract将制备的粒径为70~100μm贝母素甲分子印迹聚合物作为填料制作了分子印迹固相萃取(MIP-SPE)柱。将含有贝母素甲的样品溶液经过MIP-SPE后,在盐酸-高锰酸钾-甲醛的体系下,进行化学发光检测,建立了测定贝母属类样品中贝母素甲含量的分子印迹-化学发光法。贝母素甲的浓度在5.0×10~(-7)~5.0×10~(-5) mol·L~(-1)内与化学发光强度呈线性关系,检出限(3s)为2.0×10~(-7) mol·L~(-1)。加标回收率在97.2%~102%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差在1.7%~2.2%之间。
