高纯硝酸熔盐的制备及热物性能研究

Other Abstract文章通过对重结晶提纯Solar Salt熔盐与未提纯工业级Solar Salt熔盐的热稳定性分析,发现提纯使Solar Salt熔盐的热稳定性提高20%,上线温度扩展至600℃;与此同时提纯后的Solar Salt熔融盐在550℃-600℃之间经多次循环热失重也大大降低。根据DSC/TG-MS热分析数据,得到提纯后的Solar Salt熔盐熔点降低为223.1℃,分解温度从573.6℃提升到597.7℃。深入分析其特性改变原因,对Solar Salt熔盐中的杂质含量的变化进行化学分析,结合NO2-含量测定结果可以发现,提纯硝酸钠和硝酸钾可以降低熔盐劣化程度,提高Solar Salt熔盐的分解温度及储热效率。这在太阳能热发电领域具有广阔的应用前景。
